Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped every Monday via UPS or USPS. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Please note that delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be longer and vary based on carrier availability.

Sweet Glazelle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Cancellations & Modifications

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled pickup or shipping date and are subject to approval.

Once preparation of your order has begun, we are unable to make any changes, modifications, or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding, as each cookie is handcrafted especially for you.
